The Mind Body Rebellion is both a movement & personal coaching solution for the overworked individual disconnected from their Life Purpose. The Mind Body Rebellion empowers the individual to rise past the conditioning & expectations of society and others', so that they can fully live into their own Vision of Life where the Mind-Body-Spirit are fully integrated.

The Mind Body Rebellion is for the person who understands that profound enduring change starts with themselves first, and that requires holistic attention of all parts of SELF that is the Mind and the Body. We take the comprehensive approach to empower the individual to take charge of their Live now by transforming from the inside-out, so that they can live a a Life full of Joy, Freedom Fulfilment.

Being the Mind Body Rebel is about not blindly accepting the stories we see on social media & society present to us.

It is to rebel against the idea that it’s just enough to ‘look good’ on the OUTSIDE (BODY) and ‘work out’ on only our fitness & physical health.

But what are we missing out on if we’re not feeling beautiful, confident and joyful on the INSIDE (MIND)? What if there's wisdom in the BODY desperately waiting for our attention, whether done through somatic coaching or simply becoming aware of our postures, functional alignment or simply tension to prevent soreness pain? What if the key all along is to actually understand BOTH the Mind and Body potential so that we start we can actually be masters of our thoughts, emotions and behaviours? If we can start actually showing up as our best selves- not just what social media portrays- just what is possible for our lives, our impact and what we role model to the people around us?
