Having had experienced physical and mental burnout in her twenties which led to a fainting episode out in the streets after work that led to years of physical and mental recovery, Quentin is on a mission to help others go from fatigued and overworked to actually live a Vibrant Life where work fulfills our energies and meaning.

Hi there, call me Quentin and I’m the Founder of the Mind-Body Rebellion.

The Mind-Body Rebellion is what I used to take pride in working 50+ hour weeks for months on end and skipping my lunchtimes to fit in MORE work. I was ignoring the red flags then: the neck, shoulder and back pain that crept in after work, or the fact that I was drinking more coffee than water on a daily basis.

As I was busy with being caught in the ‘ratrace’ and chasing the ‘success’ of my seniors with years of experience, I forgot to connect to what truly mattered to me.

As I got caught up being the ‘rat’ amongst the ratrace, I was blind to the choice that I could be the bird… that success is not all about blindly working hard for what’s in front of you, but actually how I can make work serve me and my Vision for the Wonderful Life.

Let’s work to Live, and not allow work to take away other important aspects including Health, personal growth & fulfilment, family and friends… in our Lives.

Each module can take anywhere from to 1-3 weeks to complete

Module 0: Setting up Your Foundations for Success

  • We Look into your current circumstances to find you “quick wins” in Mind-Body perspectives & behaviours so that you can quickly set yourself up for success. 

  • We get right into unravelling your top-of-mind concern (including conscious & unconscious beliefs) that is holding you back from Being the Leader & CEO of Your Life!

  • We start uncovering hidden society, cultural and external pressures and beliefs that may have been holding you back & we will work through those throughout our time together.

  • Address any immediate aches and tension areas in your body, before we systematically work through releasing hyperactive muscles & strengthening weak postural muscles in your Body.

  • Introduce you to fundamental functional exercises & breathing principles.

  • Having assessed your body’s needs, and customise a conditioning, deconditioning plan for you for the rest of our time together.

Module I: Harnessing your LifeForce and Finding the Magic in your Past

  • We will explore, then resolve, your past experiences including successes and ‘failures’, to make sense of how they have & are shaping you. You will learn how to make sense of your Past (‘good’ or ‘bad’). This is because our past stories are one of the most powerful insights & abilities to fulfilment in Life, yet most of us have yet to honour and make sense of our own Pasts.

  • We look at the intimate relationship between your posture & range of mobility. We assess how your current range of movement may be affecting your posture and vice versa. Where possible, we will work on restoring you to full range of mobility and correct your posture.

  • We will also look at your spine and the how to utilise the powerhouse in our Body in everyday movement so that you can feel strong in posture & maximise the body’s full range of movement

  • Your Body carries your Life Purpose as you need a healthy Body full of abundant energy to help you make your ideas become reality…. If we can’t look after our bodies, how are we going to live the fulfilled and joyous life we know is possible for us?

Module II: Destripping Your Identity & Make sense of Your Present Self

  • In this module, we will make sense of your Present by taking an honest assessment of how your life’s looking across aspects of:

    o   personal growth & wellbeing (physical, intellectual, emotional, character)

    o   Community & Connection (Spiritual, social, family, love life)

    o   Purpose & Quality of Life (Money/Abundance, Career, Legacy, Lifestyle)

  • When was the last time you had dated yourself? When was the last time you’ve given yourself all the time and space in the world to really see yourself as you are, without the busy-ness of life, self-doubt and or self-criticism? I will be holding up a mirror to guide you on your growth here and to show you the way to confront and finally embrace your current self, so that you can stop being held back and bravely step into your Future Self.

  • This quintessential part of the program is about getting connected with functional mind-body exercises and movement rituals that will assist you in getting REAL with yourself. We will get YOU to STEP UP and OWN YOUR NARRATIVE.

Module III: DESIGN your LIFE MANIFESTO!

  • Having destripped yourself of your old identity, we will now get to design your new Identity and Vision. This is so you can move through life powerfully, vibrantly and without restriction in Mind or Body!

  • You get to design and OWN your directional compass that will guide you in LIFE and all important decision making so that you feel ALIGNED and EMPOWERED that all in the universe is happening for you!

  • By the time we reach this module, you would have gained so much clarity and insight into yourself, who you are, who you want to be that you will created a LIFE MANIFESTO that you OWN that outlines your life purpose, Values and Mission.

  • We strategically keep layering on your functional mind-body movement Program & add further workout movements that are targeted at increasing your full range of mobility and restoring strength and function into your body to get you feeling strong and stable in everyday movements.

Module IV: DECLARE your PROMISE to live a FULFILLED LIFE!

  • In this module, we get you to stay true to our mission, goals and vision you just created for yourself in the previous module. We make sure all the work you’ve put into designing your Life Manifesto is implemented in your day- to- day life and how seamlessly incorporate it into your schedule.

  • You get to create a set of powerful Beliefs that I will assist you to create so that you can refer back to again and again. As you are designing these new sets of empowering Beliefs yourself, that is relevant to you, this will create more impact on your Vision and Goals in your Life.

  • This is another “doing” module where we let you be in the Creative Director seat to designing and start living your Leader role in your Own Life, however that looks for you after having done all the work in disseminating your Past, Present and Future Selves in previous modules.

  • We continue on with the Functional program, and help you stay on track with regular functional habits and movements to ensure you’re using and looking after your Body’s capabilities.

Module V: Your Legacy & Impact!

  • Congratulations! By the time you’ve made it to this second last module, you would have done all the hard work of making sense of your own Mind & Body Potential, and surely starting to live in that Vibrant and Joyful vibration for Your Life!

  • You’ve been reflecting, evaluating and designing your Past, Present and Future in these past modules. We’ve also got you to an empowered state in Body and Mind, equipped with invaluable tools mindset and strategies to get you confidently moving towards that EPIC life you’ll be living.

  • Now it’s time to go beyond Your Inner WORK & JOURNEY and focus on the impact you want to have on other people around you. How do you want to be remembered? How can you show up better for Your friends, family, partner, strangers, people you have yet to know? How do you want to serve them? How do you want people to remember you?

  • Here, we work on finding out your legacy and define your Life Mission, a Life Purpose that is beyond yourself & your personal Vision.

Module VI: Your Impact and Your Legacy

  • Woot-woot!! It’s celebration week!! We recognise and reflect on the transformation and breakthroughs you’ve had in the Mind Body Rebellion Program.

  • Most programs all there ‘stop’ when we reach the end, but we get intentional on how you can keep using what you learnt in the Program and how to continue bringing the good vibes in all that you choose to do in YOUR LIFE.

  • We make sure to tie up any loose ends for you, review all that you learnt so that you can use these the tools/strategies/techniques over and over again, to get you to keep feeling EMPOWERED as the CEO of Your Own Life!

Is the Mind-Body Rebellion Program a workout program?

The Mind-Body Rebellion program is not strictly only a workout program. It leverages on its unique combination of three PILLARS: MIND-LEADER-BODY. IT is a life transformational coaching program that focuses on conscious and subconscious beliefs of the MIND, SELF-LEADERSHIP principles so that you can see the courage & self-trust to Live your Life in the Driver’s Seat while addressing your BODY’s functional needs.


In regards to the Body Pillar, it is a mix of mobility-breathing- body strength-tension releasing work. It is about bringing awareness and ability in your everyday movements to move you away from unhelpful movement patterns & lack of body awareness. We target tension and overactive muscles to release you from body tension. We also target deep postural muscles to help you with your everyday movements (for e.g. to feel stronger not so much to get bigger muscles for bigger muscles sake, but the deep muscles that hold our bodies up, responsible for important daily movements and minimise future risk of tensions, aches or injuries).  



While there are prescribed workouts in the Mind Body Rebellion program, tailored to your needs with approval from a physiotherapist, it is more about getting you into a healthy and functional capacity in movement and energy. This is in combination with a transformational Mind Coaching component.

How is the Mind Body Rebellion program different to a workout/clinical rehabilitation program?

While there is a clear focus to prescribe an effective movement program that is therapeutic for your body, restore you to full range of mobility and get you feeling strong in your own body, there is a emphasise on the “Mind” and your Inner Work the whole time we are together.


While there is a physical component to the program designed to restore and strengthen the Body, a much bigger part of the program is the transformational coaching. It is not just about mindset, which is only a superficial layer to what’s holding us back in life. It is a deep dive coaching program where we unpack your conscious & unconscious hidden beliefs to get to start living as the Leader and Driver of Your Life. It is a paradigm shift. Thus, the Mind Body Rebellion Program is so much more than ‘just’ a workout program it is an OVERHAUL of your Mind AND Body. What is this being a Leader Business? I’m not interested in leading other people! I can’t even Lead myself, let alone others! No thanks!

I get you! In fact, this program is not about being the Leader for other people (although you can certainly apply the principles to lead other people if you choose) it is more about being the Leader of Your Own Self. It is about getting you to transform to feel like you OWN and can Design your Own Life as you please, and not wait for external circumstances to dictate your health, happiness and wellbeing. It is to get to transform the thinking that you Life is outside of your control, and that when in fact it’s the opposite.


We do go into your envisioned legacy and the impact you want to leave on other people. However, the purpose of the Program is about getting you to feel like you’re the storyteller of your own Story first before you ‘lead’ others. You will find in the Program that as soon as you fully & actively live into the “Leader” role of your own Life, it is almost easy to lead others.

I’m not really interested in the Body Component of the program, only the Mind and Leader Pillars, can you customise it for my needs?

The short answer is yes! After we assess your current physical circumstances and ensure that there’s no more physical, functional or breathing components that we can consider that will benefit your mind-body transformation, then we can certainly focus on Mind & Leadership pillars of the program. It is most likely you’ll find though that we will weave in some sort of relevant body exercises/movements for you, at least to start and or finish our coaching sessions, because it is in the movement of the body that the mind and brain become so much more receptive to new information and the transformation more powerful!

Are you a qualified physical therapist?

The short answer is, no, I’m not a physical therapist! My titles include mind-body transformation coach and certified pilates instructor. Therefore, I can never diagnose of treat acute or chronic pain and urge you to seek a qualified practitioner that can assist you with that. The Mind-Body Rebellion program is aimed at the stressed and overworked professional/worker that wants to get out of their stressful work-life and address mild-moderate tension and aches. My journey to creating this program was inspired by my own experience of experiencing back pain in my early twenties working long hours in my profession and not addressing functional, strength and mobility needs of my body. Having resolved myself of my own back pain and then gaining further understanding of deep postural muscles & strength training through pilates, I am on a mission to help others with their body aches/tension.


I work closely with a qualified physiotherapist to assess your situation and ensure my program Designs will deliver you therapeutic results & for every client I seek a physiotherapist’s approval before prescribing it to you.
