      Hi! I'm Quentin!

      All my life, I chased Happiness and Fulfilment, and tried to live what they call the "Successful Life."

      At first, I thought that meant hustling and pushing my Mind & Body to their limits.


      At one point, I thought that meant knowing about all the productivity tools out there and squeezing every single “task” list into my already packed schedule… until I kept hitting hurdle after hurdle, challenge after challenge...

      In my Early 20s

      Back Pain from the long hours at my job… which I sorted out with the right functional exercises. I was determined not to rely on pain medications, instead found my own solution to the problem.


      The pain was gone in less than 2 months, and the experience taught me we are capable of fixing our own BODY.

      Mid 20s

      Physical & Mental Burnout where I fainted out on the street after months of working 50+ hours a week.

      …. I was forced to deep dive into my inner growth journey and re-prioritise what was actually important in my life. I had to re-evaluate my Goals & Dreams. I had to find my purpose. I had to develop my MIND.
